When Procenando arrives, the historic center of Proceno changes face. The ancient streets of the village become a culinary journey where every square, courtyard, and cellar tells a story of the local gastronomic tradition. On July 24th and 25th, the town's businesses will open their doors to visitors with a traveling tasting event combining traditional cuisine, local products, and entertainment. Each stop offers a different specialty: from fried pizzas to bruschetta, from arrosticini to traditional first courses, from artisanal desserts to specialties featuring the iconic Proceno Red Garlic , a symbol of local production. Along the way, there's not only flavors, but also music. Live concerts, marching bands, roving performances, and DJ sets transform the entire village into a huge open-air party, where the public is invited to roam freely between the various stations, creating their own itinerary of flavor and spectacle. The event continues on August 1st with Procenando in Piazza , a special evening that brings together all the wineries along the route for one grand event in the heart of Proceno. It's a chance to get together, toast, and conclude the edition with live music and a huge party under the stars.
